How to Grow Indian Ginseng

• Requires a sunny location. Watering should be regular. It is not frost-resistant, so we grow it as a container plant or annual. Plants grown in containers are moved indoors to a cool space (5 - 8°C) for winter and watering is reduced. Plants grown in the garden are harvested and dried whole.

• Seeds are sown at the end of March in special substrate designated for sowing. Place them in a bright location. They germinate easily at room temperature. After the May frosts, we plant them outdoors.
