Golden shower tree is a medium-sized tree that can reach heights of 10 to 15 meters. Its crown is broad and spreading, giving it an elegant and decorative shape. The leaves are alternate, long, have a dark green color and smooth, glossy surface. The most distinctive and beautiful part of the plant are its flowers. Golden shower tree flowers are cylindrical and have an intense yellow to golden color. They form pendulous inflorescences and create a beautiful impression reminiscent of a golden shower. After flowering, long cylindrical pods develop on the tree, containing brown seeds. These pods are dry and split open, allowing for seed dispersal into the surroundings. Overall, golden shower tree has a very attractive appearance, especially during flowering season when the tree literally glows with yellow and golden flowers. It's a popular ornamental plant intended for planting in tropical and subtropical areas, where it can add a stunning visual effect to gardens and parks.

1. Seed Preparation: before sowing, it's recommended to soak the seeds in water for 24 hours. This helps soften the hard outer seed coat and accelerates germination.
2. Choosing Suitable Pot and Soil: select a pot or container with drainage holes at the bottom. Use a mixture of garden soil and sand as substrate, which allows for good water drainage.
3. Seed Sowing: make small holes in the soil about 2-3 cm deep. Place the seeds in them and cover with soil.
4. Watering: the soil should be consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water regularly to maintain optimal moisture and support seed germination.
5. Temperature and Light: golden shower tree needs warm conditions and plenty of light. Ensure the plant receives sufficient sunlight or a source of artificial lighting.
6. Seedling Care: after germination, seedlings are small and fragile. Gradually increase their exposure to sunlight to prevent leaf burn. Water regularly and remove surrounding weeds.
7. Transplanting: once plants have grown and sufficiently strengthened, transplant them into larger pots or into the garden. Golden shower tree likes to spread, so it's important to provide adequate space.
8. Plant Care: mature golden shower tree requires minimal care. Water regularly and provide nutrients with fertilizer for flowering plants. Occasionally remove dead flowers and side shoots to promote healthy growth.
