LOVAGE
Lovage grows up to 200 cm in height. It belongs to the Apiaceae family. We use it to flavor food and as a spice in various dishes. It originates from Iran and Afghanistan.
Medicinal Properties
Lovage is used for pain and inflammation of the urinary tract, bladder, and intestines. It reduces feelings of fullness and bloating. Lovage also stimulates appetite and supports digestion.
