SPRING ONION SHALLOT
Interesting red novelty. It forms a red stem with upright, healthy green leaves. It has a very delicate taste, ideal for immediate consumption, for example in salads or for direct consumption as a vegetable.
SOWING: Outdoor cultivation from March to July
SOWING DEPTH: 1-1.5 cm
GERMINATION: 14-21 days at temperature 15-20°C
CULTIVATION: Thin out if sowing is too dense
SPACING BETWEEN PLANTS: 3 cm
SPACING BETWEEN ROWS: 25 cm
HARVEST: July to October
