Year-round cauliflower seed is an early to mid-early variety intended for year-round and autumn harvests. The growing period from planting is 75 to 80 days.
How to grow
- Cauliflower requires regular watering and a sufficient supply of nutrients.
- Choose a sunny position and nutrient-rich, well-loosened soil.
- We pre-grow the seedlings and plant them out in the bed with sufficient spacing.
- We harvest the heads while they are firm and closed.
Use in the kitchen
Cauliflower is boiled, baked, stewed, suitable for soups and vegetable dishes, and can also be frozen. The number of seeds in the pack can be found on the packaging.
For a higher yield, weed regularly and loosen the soil around the plants.
