TURNIP GREENS - NAMENIA (Brassica rapa var. rapa)
Particularly tender and tasty with high yield. Turnip greens are also suitable for greenhouse cultivation. They are one of the first culinary supplements after winter, but are also appreciated in autumn, when many tender leaf stalks ripen after a hot summer. Namenia has a delicate and pleasantly spicy taste. In the kitchen, it's not the leaves that are sought after, but the thin, tender leaf stalks. You can use the leaves in soups or as a vegetable side dish with meat dishes.
