GRASS shade lawn mix is intended for establishing lawns in places with little light. It is made up of grass species that also tolerate a damper environment better.

How to establish a lawn

  • Clear the plot of weeds, stones and roots and loosen the soil.
  • Level the surface and rake it to prepare a fine seedbed.
  • Sow the seeds evenly, work them in lightly with a rake and roll the surface.
  • After sowing, keep the surface constantly slightly moist until the grass emerges.

Pack weight: 500 g. You will find the recommended sowing rate per 1 m² on the packaging.

The mix works best in partial shade and shade, for example under trees or by walls. In heavily shaded places the grass may not grow as densely as in the sun.
