E&B LAB Classic Moka Pot 1 Cup

E&B LAB Classic Moka Pot is a classic-style moka pot for making one cup of strong coffee. It therefore suits individuals who do not want to brew a larger amount, and also works as a small companion for travel.

How a moka pot works

The water in the bottom chamber heats up and the steam pressure pushes it through the basket of ground coffee into the upper chamber, from where you pour the coffee into your cup.

Use

• pour water into the bottom chamber up to just below the level of the valve
• fill the basket with medium-coarse ground coffee and do not tamp it
• screw the pot together firmly and place it over a low flame
• once brewing is finished, remove it from the heat source and pour the coffee straight away

After use, rinse the pot with water and let it dry. Check with the manufacturer whether it is suitable for your particular type of hob.
