Bialetti Moka Express 2 Cups

Bialetti Moka Express is a classic moka pot for brewing strong coffee on the hob. This version is made for two cups and suits households as well as smaller offices.

How a moka pot works

The pot consists of a bottom chamber for water, a filter basket for the coffee and an upper chamber into which the coffee rises once brewed. The water heats up on the hob and the steam pressure pushes it through the coffee into the upper part.

Use

• pour water into the bottom chamber up to the level of the valve
• fill the basket with medium-coarse ground coffee and let it settle loosely, do not tamp it
• screw the pot together firmly and place it over a low flame
• once the coffee has risen, take the pot off the burner

Wash the pot by hand without harsh cleaning agents and dry it thoroughly.
