Mancity coffee: An Ethiopian treasure from Guji
Mancity coffee comes from the Ethiopian region of Guji, where the ideal climate and an altitude of 1850-2210 m a.s.l. produce the Red Bourbon variety with a unique flavour. Thanks to careful processing at the Shakiso station, it stands out for its delicacy and sweet notes.
Hand-picked and gently processed
The harvest takes place in February and March, when farmers hand-pick only perfectly ripe cherries. The coffee is then processed using the fully washed method, which highlights its clarity and gentle sweetness. Fair pay for farmers and a focus on quality guarantee an exceptional cup with a cupping score of 85 points.

We recommend it for brewing filter coffee. The light roast profile was created specifically for this method. Besides classic pour-over from a dripper or a drip coffee maker, you can also enjoy it from a French Press, AeroPress or Chemex.
