Use

Place the filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste and to warm up the dripper, add ground coffee and slowly pour over hot water. After brewing, discard the filter with the coffee grounds and rinse the dripper.

The paper filter catches coffee grounds and the oils from the coffee, so a clean brew reaches the cup. The pack of 100 pieces is suitable for everyday brewing at home as well as for a smaller café.
