Use
Unfold the filter so that it has three layers of paper on one side and place it in the funnel of the carafe. Rinse it with hot water before brewing, add ground coffee and slowly pour hot water over it. Throw away the used filter together with the grounds.
The filters suit home preparation as well as cafés that offer pour-over coffee. A clean paper filter catches the coffee grounds and the drink is clean.
