The moka pot works on the vacuum brewing principle. In the lower part where the water is, negative pressure is created, which pushes the water up through the coffee. Preparing coffee in a moka pot is really simple. Get yourself a quality moka pot at home and prepare coffee not only for yourself but also for your loved ones. The elegant moka pot will fit into any kitchen. However, it's better to wash the moka pot by hand only and without using detergent. The detergent would remain in the moka pot and the coffee wouldn't taste good. If this happens, run the pot once without coffee. This will remove the soapy taste.
