Use

Place the scale on a firm, level surface away from draughts and switch it on and zero it before weighing. When weighing into a container, first place the container on the scale and press the tare button so that its weight is subtracted. Place the item to be weighed gently, do not overload the scale beyond its stated capacity and protect it from moisture. Accuracy depends on the state of the batteries, so check them during long-term use.
