Green manuring is typically carried out at the end of summer or at the beginning of autumn. After harvesting the main crops, we sow the beds with suitable plant species. Once sufficient green mass has formed, we mow down the grown plants and dig them into the soil. The ongoing natural process gradually decomposes this green mass, and with the help of soil microorganisms, essential nutrients are created for the next growing season, enriching the soil.
