In short: Kristalon is a range of crystalline, fully water-soluble fertilizers containing nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and trace elements. Choose the type by purpose, for example Start for growth and Fruit and Flower for flowering and fruiting. The usual dose is 1 measuring cup (10 g) per 10 litres of water, applied once a week on slightly moist substrate.

The popularity of this fertilizer is built on three main pillars: nutrients - performance - price. Each package of Kristalon fertilizer contains a balanced amount of all necessary substances. Kristalon is very economical - from the most common 0.5 kg package, you can prepare up to 500 liters of fertilizer, i.e. up to 100 full gardening watering cans of quality fertilizer at an affordable price.

Fertilize wisely

Fertilizers are nowadays a very important part of growing almost anything. Growers are limited by the amount of cultivated land, so they have no choice but to plant in the same places repeatedly. Important nutrients are thus quickly depleted from the soil and there is a sharp decline in its fertility. To prevent a significant drop in yields from cultivated crops, nutrients need to be added back into the soil - the simplest way is to use various fertilizers. However, fertilizing should never be overdone. Plants should be fertilized to grow healthily and have enough strength to produce a harvest, abundant flowering or to survive adverse periods without problems and for greater resilience. Deliberate over-fertilization and attempts to maximize yields through fertilizers will rather harm the plants. When fertilizing, it is advisable to follow the manufacturers' instructions on recommended dosage.

What types of Kristalon fertilizers are available?

• Kristalon Start is a universal fertilizer containing micronutrients, suitable for use especially at the beginning of the vegetation period and during intensive growth. The composition of Kristalon Start is formulated to support green mass development in indoor, balcony, and outdoor plants. Plants that do not produce flowers can be fertilized with Kristalon Start year-round.

Recommended dosage: 1 measuring cup (10 ml = 10 g) per 10 litres of water

Fertilizing frequency: once a week on slightly moist substrate

• Kristalon Fruit and Flower is a follow-up fertilizer to Kristalon Start. It should be used during the flowering and fruiting period of fertilized plants. Kristalon Fruit and Flower supports better quality and coloring of flowers and fruits. When using Kristalon Fruit and Flower fertilizer, the formation of flowers and fruits is noticeably higher.

Recommended dosage: 1 measuring cup per 10 litres of water

Fertilizing frequency: once a week on slightly moist substrate

• Kristalon Autumn is another in the series of universally applicable fertilizers. It is designed for autumn use and helps ornamental and fruit trees, roses, and strawberries overwinter better. The composition is formulated to help plants prepare for the dormancy period. Thanks to the increased potassium content, Kristalon Autumn can also be used as a foliar fertilizer for potassium deficiency.

Each sachet contains the optimal ratio of all necessary nutrients for vigorous growth, strength and vitality of plants, as well as for abundant flowering of beautifully colored balcony flowers. Kristalon Balcony Flowers promotes faster flower set, dense inflorescences, more vibrant flower colors and a more developed root system.

• Kristalon Geranium is now supplied in new packaging with an improved formula enriched with a unique form of active phosphorus in the form of a flowering activator. Thanks to this addition, geraniums will create abundant cascades of radiant flowers, they will be greener with a well-developed root system. Kristalon Geranium prevents leaf yellowing and keeps plants in continuous intensive growth. The composition of Kristalon Geranium also meets the needs of other types of balcony plants. Kristalon Geranium can safely be used to fertilize begonias, lobelias, fuchsias, fan flowers, gazanias and petunias.

• Kristalon Indoor Plants is a universal fertilizer with microelements suitable for all indoor plants. It will be especially appreciated by foliage houseplants. The balanced composition and low salt content ensures uniform growth. Kristalon Indoor Plants is available in two packaging forms - in classic with a measuring scoop or in a very practical one with 25 sachets with pre-measured amounts of fertilizer. Thanks to the single-use sachets, you will never again spill or have an opened fertilizer packet get damp. Kristalon for indoor plants can also be used for foliar feeding. For foliar feeding, use half-strength solution and make sure that the fertilizer does not drip onto furniture and floors, which the solution could damage. Foliar application should be carried out outdoors so that fertilizer residues can be utilized by garden bed plants.

• Kristalon Strawberries is formulated with the specific needs of strawberry crops in mind. For a bountiful strawberry harvest, it is recommended to apply Kristalon Fruit and Flower fertiliser in autumn, approximately 2-4 weeks after planting. In spring, perform basic fertilisation with a complete fertiliser, and from the beginning of bud formation, start using Kristalon Strawberries. Regular fertilisation will improve the quality and size of strawberries, and the production period will begin much faster.

• Kristalon Rhododendron is a universal fertiliser without calcium content, suitable for feeding acid-loving plants such as azaleas, rhododendrons, blueberries and heather plants.

• Kristalon Ornamental Trees is a special fertiliser designed for all types of ornamental coniferous and deciduous trees, shrubs and roses. Thanks to regular fertilisation with this low-salt fertiliser, growth is beautifully uniform. Fertilisation of ornamental trees should only be carried out during the growing season.

• Kristalon Lawn is designed for lawn fertilisation throughout the entire growing season. The advantages of Kristalon Lawn include very fast response to fertilisation, elimination of lawn yellowing, optimal utilisation of supplied nutrients, faster regeneration of damaged lawn areas, promotion of strong and healthy lawn growth that prevents moss growth. Kristalon Lawn does not clog irrigation system nozzles. The composition of Kristalon Lawn fertiliser is formulated to meet the requirements of grass during the growth period. Lawn fertilisation is carried out from March to September.
