Using CBD Oil

CBD Oil Dosage

The recommended initial dose is 4 mg to 10 mg CBD daily. Adjust your dose as needed. The spray contains a concentration of CBD, CBG and more than 100 phytocannabinoids and terpenes.

Lemon and Orange Oils

CBD
CBD or cannabidiol is one of the main compounds in the hemp plant. It is a naturally occurring substance without psychoactive effects and is directly extracted from the hemp plant.

CBG
CBG or cannabigerol is another phytocannabinoid found in the hemp plant. Just like CBD, CBG has no psychoactive effects.

Terpenes
Also known as the "entourage effect", they enhance the effects. Terpenes are natural compounds that occur in plants and are generally responsible for their characteristic aroma. They are found not only in fruits, vegetables and spices, but also in hemp plants.

MCT Coconut Oil
Easy absorption and metabolisation. Medium Chain Triglyceride (MCT) oil contains medium chain fatty acids called triglycerides. Medium chain fatty acids are more easily digested and absorbed than long chain fatty acids and are transported to the liver where they can be used as an immediate energy source. MCT oil is most commonly extracted from coconut oil, as more than 50% of the fat in coconut oil comes from MCTs.

Broad Spectrum
This means that the CBD oil additionally contains a broad spectrum of other cannabinoids and terpenes, but no THC! Broad-spectrum hemp extract contains all the components of the hemp plant that naturally occur in it, namely CBD, CBG, flavonoids, phytocannabinoids and terpenes.
