CBD Oil Dosage

The recommended starting dose is 4 mg to 10 mg CBD daily. Adjust your dose as needed. The spray contains a concentration of CBD, CBG and more than 100 phytocannabinoids and terpenes.

Ingredients in CBD Oil and Their Effects on the Body

Organic Olive Oil
Beneficial fatty acids and antioxidants. Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. The rich golden colour of Harmony CBD oil comes from high-quality organic olive oil.

CBD
CBD or cannabidiol is one of the main compounds of the hemp plant. It's a naturally occurring substance with no psychoactive effect and is directly extracted from the hemp plant.

CBG
CBG or cannabigerol is another phytocannabinoid found in the hemp plant. Like CBD, CBG has no psychoactive effect.

Terpenes
Also known as the "entourage effect", they enhance the effect. Terpenes are natural compounds that occur in plants and are generally responsible for their characteristic aroma. They are found not only in fruit, vegetables and spices, but also in hemp plants.

MCT Coconut Oil
Easy absorption and metabolisation. Medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil contains medium-chain fatty acids called triglycerides. Medium-chain fatty acids are more easily digested and absorbed than long-chain fatty acids and are transported to the liver where they can be used as an immediate energy source. MCT oil is most commonly extracted from coconut oil because more than 50% of the fat in coconut oil comes from MCT.

Broad Spectrum
This means that the CBD oil also contains a broad spectrum of other cannabinoids and terpenes, but no THC! Broad-spectrum hemp extract contains all the components of the hemp plant that naturally occur in it, namely CBD, CBG, flavonoids, phytocannabinoids and terpenes.
