A product for cleaning coffee pathways in your lever espresso machine. This fast-dissolving powder with EVO® formulation gently removes coffee oils and deposits, helping to improve the taste and preparation of espresso.

Instructions for Cleaning Lever Espresso Machine

1. Into the portafilter with blind basket, add 1 scoop of EVO® for daily cleaning and insert it back into the espresso machine. If the machine is cleaned less frequently, use 2 scoops.
2. Start the cycle and run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.
3. Stop the cycle and let it work for 10 seconds.
4. Repeat the cycle 4 times - clean for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds.
5. Remove impurities deposited in the blind portafilter and rinse it thoroughly under running water.
6. Reinsert the portafilter with blind filter, start and stop the cycle 10 times - rinse for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds, to ensure thorough rinsing.
7. Remove the blind filter and insert the regular filter.
8. Brew and discard one espresso to ensure the cleaning product is not part of the beverage.

Instructions for Cleaning Portafilter

Add 2 scoops of the product into 500 ml and leave the portafilters to soak overnight.

Rinse thoroughly under running water.
